  Auto Bottom

  An auto bottom gets its name because when you construct the carton, it automatically makes its own bottom. All auto bottoms have tuck tops with some tucking to the back and some tucking to the front of the carton. Auto bottoms are generally used in hand packing operations so that efficiency can be achieved. It is also used because the bottom is strong and will not come open on the shelf. These auto bottoms are being done on our Domino Bobst folder to be automated.

  Box Sleeves / Belly Bands

  A belly band is a cardboard, die-cut and glued sleeve that wraps around a box. Common examples are candy boxes, flat bread, tools socket set, and other retail boxes. They can be printed with LED Inks with UV coatings or Aqueous. They can also be any shape. Belly bands are possibly the most helpful packaging product in our industry to protect your product.

  Header Cards

  Header cards (or display content) serve two purposes: it gives you a way to seal off poly bags, so products don’t spill out, and it helps with product branding. Header card printing is popular because simple toppers are a cost-effective packaging solution. You can even add holes on top (small round hole or sombrero-style) so they can hang on a stand or rack.
